  1. Show Management (hereinafter known as
    Oakbridge) has the right to ask people to leave
    if at anytime, their behaviour endangers other
    competitors, staff, animals or spectators. There
    will be no refund.
  2. Good sportsmanship is mandatory and
    Oakbridge reserves the right to ask competitors
    to leave their class/show immediately, without
    refund, if unacceptable behaviour is exhibited.
  3. There will be no refund of class if competitor
    ‘scratches’ (decides not to compete) their
    class. Exceptions will only be made if a doctor
    or veterinary certificate can be supplied.
  4. Competitors, upon signing entry form, agree
    to accept all responsibility and will not hold
    Oakbridge, its staff, officials and management
    accountable for any injury or loss sustained
    while on show grounds.
  5. Approved protective headgear must be worn
    at all times while mounted. Proper riding attire
    must be worn.
  6. Exhibitors must wear their numbers at all
    time while in schooling, warm-up and show
    ring.
  7. Any protests must be made to the show
    steward during show hours.
  8. No dogs allowed.
  9. NSF cheques will be charged $25.00.
  10. Late arrivals for classes will not be allowed
    to enter ring and no refund will be awarded. If a
    rider doesn’t show up for a class but has entered,
    they assume that loss and will not be
    refunded the cost of the class.
